Freerange HR Limited provides advice on staffing and personnel issues to those companies who do not have their own in-house HR Manager.
The advice we give is practical and based on long experience of dealing with all aspects of staff management.

Many small companies have used solicitors to provide this service in the past, which can be very expensive. In addition, the use of solicitors to deal with relatively minor staff matters can be counter-productive as it gives the wrong impression of management’s intentions.

Our experience covers commercial and not-for-profit organisations.

We are lucky enough to be based in the lovely old market town of Sudbury, Suffolk but we are currently working with local and London based clients.

When thinking about the design I knew I wanted it to reflect Freerange HR’s ethos of being a local company.  Rosey and Lawrence were fantastic in providing the  pictures which so beautifully reflect the wonderful county of Suffolk. Freerange HR looks forward to supporting Sudbury and District Camera Club with its competition for images on the theme of Sudbury itself, which will be taking place in the new year. Story of a Logo

I’ve always wanted Freerange HR Limited to promote how lucky I think we all are to live and work in Suffolk. That was why, when it came to commissioning a design to represent the business, I wanted to approach a local artist to help me reflect everything that means the most to me about the area.
Amanda Ansell did a wonderful job in encompassing everything that inspired me to set up the company in her willow tree design. It reflects the desire we have at Freerange HR Limited to help local businesses grow and so help the local community develop for the future. It also reminds me of walks on the watermeadows, the view from my office, and how wonderful it is not to commute to London every day!
